We have the pleasure of welcoming Contra-Mestre Ceará, who will run a workshop on Saturday, October 24th, 2009 at the John Marshal Hall near Waterloo from 13:00-18:00.
Workshop is open to all and suitable for all levels, including those with Capoeira basics (i.e. who finished one of the Capoeira Agora beginners workshops), as well as Capoeiristas from other Academies.
We will work on Capoeira movements, sequences and music, which will be followed by discussion about the art form.
A day with Capoeira, where students will have opportunity to work on various aspects of the art form and see Contra-Mestre Ceará work.
